7 sweet sins of sticky rice over matcha cake

Bloggermontag_Asiatische-Desserts_featured

Just recently I was with friends in a Thai restaurant, which in addition to wonderful Pad Thai and delicious Pad See Ew a great selection Asian desserts has offered. And since I need something sweet after such a hearty dish, I didn’t allow myself to be ripped off and ordered a nice portion of sticky rice. Oh, that was fantastic! Some love the sticky, sugar-sweet pampe – others can’t understand the hype. I am definitely one of the advocates of sticky rice creations. I don’t want to miss the fruity mango on top, because it rounds off the Asian dessert evergreen.

Our food bloggers have traveled to many places around the world. From Thailand over If up to Japan – The Asian countries have done it to them. No wonder that one or the other recipe was packed in the suitcase on the way home. Good luck to you! Because today there is 7 Asian dessert creationsthat curb your craving for desserts. Crème brûlée and New York Cheesecake suddenly look pretty boring!

Drift cake: Vietnamese sticky rice balls

This is street food straight from Vietnam: sticky rice balls with two fillings! Sabrina and Steffen are big fans of Asian desserts anyway, but for this sweet sin they would love to take the next plane to the Far East directly. It is good that the two have an easier alternative: they simply make the terrific sticky rice balls themselves and fill them with creamy peanut butter and heavenly coconut banana. To the recipe
