Cheesecake waffles with blueberries: waffle iron cheesecake


Sometimes I just can’t get between Cheesecake and waffles decide, so I just combine the two dessert favorites – et voilá: Die Cheesecake waffle is born! Preparation steps

Whip cream cheese and eggs together until creamy. Mix in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.

For the frosting, stir the butter in a bowl until creamy. Add powdered sugar and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Fold in the cream cheese.

Put the dough in the preheated waffle iron and bake. Top the finished waffles with cream cheese frosting.
