How to make your own flour to bake gluten-free bread: Simply mix 380 g rice flour with 130 g potato starch, 50 g tapioca flour and 2-3 teaspoons guar gum – that’s it!

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat. Grease and flour the loaf pan.

Mix the flour with salt, psyllium husks, baking powder and sugar. Stir in yogurt and let rest for 5 minutes.

Add eggs and knead together.

Pour the dough into the loaf pan, cut into the surface approx. 1 cm deep and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
