There is also one more Egg and flour mixture and something Lemon juice – for the fresh note. The combination of all ingredients not only ensures the best taste on the spoon, but also the best health!

Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into pieces. Clean the beans and cut in half.

Put the chicken legs in a saucepan. Add carrots and beans and fill with hot water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add the potatoes, chilli flakes and saffron. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer covered for 45 minutes.

Take the chicken legs out of the pot. Remove the skin, loosen the meat from the bone and return to the saucepan.

Juice the lemons. Mix egg yolks and flour. Mix slowly with water and lemon juice. Add some of the soup and stir until smooth. Add the egg and lemon mixture to the soup and simmer for about 5 minutes.
